AsfarEurope: Empowering change across Europe and beyond

AsfarEurope is a dynamic and innovative micro-NGO, dedicated to driving transformative change in Estonia, Europe and internationally. With a strong commitment to coexistence, youth empowerment, and social equity, our work spans a range of impactful initiatives:

• Coexistence in Europe: we tackle the rise in social intolerance through peacebuilding efforts, youth-led peacebuilding conferences, democracy projects, youth exchanges, and volunteering opportunities.
• Youth Development: We inspire young people to engage with diverse cultures and societies, promoting social mobility and empowering them to contribute to their communities.
• Equity in Europe: We champion an inclusive Europe through initiatives focused on cultural diversity, gender equality, and women’s economic empowerment.
• Capacity Building for Peer NGOs: Our bespoke consultancy services help develop NGOs, international organizations, universities, and youth groups by fostering strategic partnerships and providing tailored development support.
• Developing Young Leaders: We nurture Europe’s next generation of leaders through youth-led social action, social enterprise, and skills development programs, covering digital literacy, creativity, leadership, social entrepreneurship, and volunteering.
• Transforming Society: Through innovative activities such as the digitalization of youth work, CPD & VET learning, climate change awareness, energy poverty education, and NGO-based international traineeships, we strive to create lasting social impact.

Our work fosters coexistence and peacebuilding in Europe, especially among youth, NGO workers, and community leaders, through initiatives like the RESOLVE: Network, volunteer programmes, and peer peacebuilding projects.
