The Wall, is a place for all young people, volunteers, staff and partners involved in an AsfarEurope-led Erasmus+ programme: to express their thoughts, ideas and to tell both AsfarEurope and others about their experiences throughout a programme, or a particular international activity, whether it be Youth Exchange; Volunteering; or Training.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Istanbul. My research into the youth sector, youth unemployment and cultural learning provided me with some unique experiences and striking comparisons. Overall, I enjoyed learning about Turkey from Takim Yildizi, observing the architecture in the city as well as being told stories about it’s cultural history.
Amazing experience, I really appreciated the opportunity provided to me by Asfar and Erasmus+ to learn about the Youth Sector in Istanbul. Outside of the activity, I loved the way in which Turkish people drank tea, I found it to be something that was used as a massive hospitality tool, while building communities together.
